BACANORA
It is a traditional distilled drink from the state of Sonora, made with the typical agave Angustifolia Haw from that area, with distillation techniques used by the Yaqui and Mayo indigenous people, becoming an important part of Sonoran culture and tradition. The production process complies with quality standards and the official Mexican norm supervised by the Consejo Sonorense Regulador del Bacanora.
