In our mezcals we work with different types of agave

The production process of our mezcals is executed in accordance with the required Mexican standards, being reviewed and approved by the Consejo Mexicano Regulador de la Calidad del Mezcal, A.C. and is made in an artisanal manner using equipment such as a conical brick oven, open pine wood vats without yeast or nutrients for fermentation, and copper stills with direct firewood for distillation.
